Location: Remote (Uzbekistan) About the Company An international iGaming company operating under a global license is expanding into the Uzbekistan market and is looking for an experienced professional to lead regional growth and drive business performance.
🚀 Key Responsibilities Conduct a full audit of the product (UX/UI, localization, payments, funnels, mobile, etc.) and marketing tools Identify gaps and propose actionable improvements to increase acquisition, retention, and revenue Develop and execute a market growth strategy for Uzbekistan Build and manage a strong network of affiliates, offline partners, payment points, and local channels Coordinate with internal teams (affiliate, offline partners, marketing) Monitor KPIs (registrations, deposits, NGR, ROI) and optimize performance
✅ Requirements 3+ years of experience in iGaming / betting focused on the Uzbekistan market Background as Country Manager / Affiliate Manager / Partner Manager or similar Proven track record of launching or scaling projects and driving revenue growth Strong local network (affiliates, offline partners, payment points, etc.) Fluent Uzbek (mandatory), English is a plus Strong analytical and communication skills
