Location: Remote (Azerbaijan)
About the Company An international iGaming company operating under a global license is expanding into the Azerbaijan market and is looking for an experienced professional to lead regional growth and drive business performance.
🚀 Key Responsibilities Conduct a full audit of the product (UX/UI, localization, payments, funnels, mobile, etc.) and marketing tools Identify gaps and propose actionable improvements to increase acquisition, retention, and revenue Develop and execute a market growth strategy for Azerbaijan Build and manage a strong network of affiliates, partners, and local channels (including Telegram and media) Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, affiliate, payments) to launch and scale initiatives Monitor KPIs (registrations, deposits, NGR, ROI) and optimize performance
✅ Requirements 3+ years of experience in iGaming / betting in the Azerbaijan market Background as Country Manager / Affiliate Manager / Partner Manager or similar Proven track record of launching or scaling projects and growing revenue Strong local network (affiliates, traffic sources, Telegram channels, etc.) Fluent Azerbaijani (mandatory), English is a plus Strong analytical and communication skills
