BDR (Business Development Representative) / Mobile Marketing Format: Remote Employment: Full-time Geo: LATAM (priority) Level: Mid

About the role We are looking for a BDR responsible for lead generation and attracting advertisers in the mobile marketing space across the LATAM region. This is an outbound-focused role: high volume of communication, fast-paced environment, and strong results orientation.

Responsibilities: • Lead generation via outbound (cold outreach) • High-volume communication (LinkedIn, messengers, etc.)

Compensation: • Base salary: $1000–2000 (higher for strong candidates) • Bonuses: ~$500 on average • Individual terms possible for:

  • candidates with strong LATAM connections
  • BDM-level candidates

Must-have: • Spanish and/or Portuguese

  • required • English
  • working proficiency

Nice to have: • Experience in mobile marketing / affiliate / performance marketing

Ideal candidate: • Ready to move fast and work in a high-speed environment • Not afraid of rejection and high communication volume • Works systematically: reporting, metrics, processes
