Someone who understands marketing, content, creative strategy, testing, and execution — and uses AI as a core part of how they work.

Someone who sees a marketing task XXXX XXXX thinks:

how can I find a stronger angle? how can I test this faster? how can I get to a better result with AI? how can I increase quality and speed without losing taste?

TICKETS is built by the bxnda.com team — a travel-tech company creating and scaling flight ticket aggregators across 80+ countries worldwide.

We move fast, test a lot, and care about what actually works. This is not a corporate environment with layers of approvals and slow execution. It’s a startup team focused on speed, ownership, and real outcomes.

We’re looking for an AI-First Marketer who understands how modern marketing works and wants to use AI as a core part of that work — to create better content, test more ideas, move faster, and improve performance across a global audience.

What you’ll do

Use AI as a core part of your workflow across marketing, content, and creative tasks Create and improve marketing output for social media, ads, landing pages, emails, and other growth needs Research, brainstorm, and develop ideas with AI tools Test formats and creative directions quickly Improve the quality of content and creative execution, not just the speed Work with the team to turn raw ideas into strong marketing output Use AI to reduce routine work and focus more on judgment, ideas, and execution Stay on top of new tools, models, and workflows that can improve marketing performance

What we’re looking for

1+ year of relevant experience in marketing, content, creative strategy, social media, copywriting, growth, or a related area At least 3 months of real hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work Understanding of marketing fundamentals: audience, messaging, angles, content, creative, testing Ability to tell what is strong, weak, generic, or off-target Fast learner with initiative and ownership

Nice to have

Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut, Make, Zapier, Notion AI, Airtable, or similar tools Experience creating content or campaigns for TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, UGC, paid creatives, or performance marketing Experience using AI for research, ideation, scripting, copy, visuals, or campaign development Understanding of how to keep AI output useful, sharp, and non-generic Startup mindset
