Marketing Operations Manager

We are an iGaming company with over three years of experience and a team of more than 1000 specialists. Our projects successfully operate across Tier 1–3 markets, and we continue to expand into new regions and verticals. We are currently looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join one of our key projects focused on the US market (Social / Sweepstakes Casino). This role will support the Acquisition department and play a crucial part in organizing processes, coordinating teams, and ensuring efficient execution across multiple traffic channels.

What's important to us: • Coordinate day-to-day operations within the Acquisition department • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple teams • Prepare summaries and reports after daily and weekly meetings • Ensure execution of action items across departments • Support cross-team communication (marketing, product, contractors, etc.) • Assist with research and coordination of vendors, agencies, and partners • Help maintain operational clarity in a fast-paced environment

What you'll do: • Strong experience as Project Manager / Operations Manager • Experience in IT, marketing, or digital environments (iGaming experience is a plus but not required) • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Advanced Google Sheets skills (formulas, lookups, automation mindset) • English level B2+ (communication with international partners) • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-speed environment
