QA Automation Engineer (AI-Driven Testing)

About the Role We are looking for a proactive QA Automation Engineer with a strong interest in modern AI technologies. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in fast-moving environments, can operate with limited initial specifications, and is eager to leverage AI tools (LLMs and agents) to enhance testing processes.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions Contribute to and define test strategies and QA processes Use modern AI tools (LLMs, agents) to accelerate QA activities such as:Test design Test script generation Requirements analysis

Proactively communicate with cross-functional teams Work effectively in early-stage environments with evolving requirements

Must-Have Requirements Hands-on experience using modern AI tools (LLMs/agents) in QA workflows Strong understanding of how to apply agentic capabilities within testing processes Solid background in test automation using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress Ability to work independently without detailed specifications in the initial phase Strong initiative and proactive, clear synchronous communication

Nice to Have Experience defining or improving test strategies Understanding of standard enterprise Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) General familiarity with AI agent platforms or agent-based systems
