Key Responsibilities: Proactively participate in the implementation of a strategic lead generation plan for sales through the partner channel. Identify, research, and establish relationships with potential partners and key decision-makers. Generate high-quality leads. Qualify leads by assessing their needs and aligning them with LineUp’s service offerings. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective messaging and lead generation strategies. Maintain and manage CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and partner engagement. Develop and present reports on lead generation performance, pipeline growth, and conversion rates. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies. Work closely with existing partners to strengthen relationships and explore new business opportunities. Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, preferably within the IT services or outsourcing industry. Proven track record in generating and nurturing leads within a partner channel framework. English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools. Knowledge of IT outsourcing and software development industries is a plus. Ability to analyze data and optimize lead generation strategies based on insights. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in managing partnerships and channel sales.
