A promising iGaming project operating for more than a year is hiring new talent.
Responsibilities: Managing a VIP client portfolio in line with established scripts; Daily/weekly touchpoints (messengers / calls / email) — tailored to the individual needs of each VIP client; Basic personalised offers based on a bonus matrix (cashback / free spins / free bets / bonus); Monitoring bonus issuance and terms; Collecting client feedback; Escalations (payments / verification / risk / support); Basic reporting as needed.
Requirements: 1.5–2+ years of experience in iGaming / online casino Proven ability to handle client objections effectively Understanding of client service principles and VIP client communication Accountability and strong attention to detail Stress resilience, flexibility and adaptability Well-developed communication skills Ability to multitask XXXX XXXX competing priorities Team player mindset Results-oriented approach with a solid understanding of key performance indicators
