We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to become a part of our customer contact center, delivering world-class service and support to our players across casino and sportsbook verticals.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Achieve retention, LTV, and player monetization KPIs. Troubleshooting Personalized work with players: support, communication, and long-term relationship building. Behavioral monitoring and analysis: identifying player motivations, predicting activity, and developing individual retention strategies. Creating personalized offers: exclusive bonuses, cashback, special events. Analyzing deposits, bets, and financial activity. Collaborating with other departments to improve client engagement.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE At least 1 year of experience in a Сall Center. Spoken English B2/German B2 Understanding of player psychology, motivations, and triggers. Analytical skills, ability to work with large volumes of data, and CRM tools. Excellent communication skills for building trusted relationships. Hands-on experience working with high-rollers and understanding their psychology. Experience in developing personalized offers and loyalty programs. Regular calls with players to establish trust and enhance loyalty.
