Product-focused studio is looking for a hands-on Sales / Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build partnerships, and close B2B deals. This role is focused on execution — outbound, calls, negotiations, and closing deals.

Responsibilities Work with existing clients Generate new B2B opportunities (outbound + inbound) Build and develop partnerships Lead client calls and negotiations Close deals end-to-end Work with leads (warm + cold)

Requirements English: B2+ Proven B2B sales / business development experience Strong outbound experience (cold outreach, lead generation) Experience in IT services or product environment Hands-on approach (not только management) Strong communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel across Europe and attend offline events
