What we are looking for: Strong understanding of OOP, FP, and RX Understanding of SOLID principles and Design Patterns 5+ years shipping production Flutter apps (100k+ MAU) Understanding iOS and/or Android internals, architecture Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Fluent English, proactive communication Experience leading code reviews and mentoring developers Pragmatic over perfect - you avoid over-engineering and ship incremental wins fast Quality guardian - you prioritize testability and clean code over quick hacks Radically transparent - you openly share plans, blockers and progress, with no surprises Humble-yet-assertive mindset (“disagree & commit”) - you confidently challenge ideas with data and clear logic, and once a direction is chosen, take ownership and deliver end-to-end

A big plus if you have: Background in native iOS and/or Android development AB tests and feature flags experience Product-thinking Architectural experience Backend experience AI awareness

You will be responsible for: Own architecture & feature delivery end-to-end Drive reliability, simplicity and best practices Integrating mobile apps with web services Conducting code reviews Working closely with the other teams throughout the app development process
