Account Manager
Description
UnderDefense is a cybersecurity platform helping companies prevent breaches and automate security operations. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “support clients” — but owns relationships, drives retention, and grows accounts.
What you’ll do: Manage clients after deal closure (onboarding → growth → retention) Build strong relationships and understand client business goals Identify and drive upsell / cross-sell opportunities Proactively manage churn risks Run регуляр meetings, QBRs, and account reviews Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams
What we expect: Experience in Customer Success / Account Management (B2B, IT/SaaS) Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, retention, and expansion Ability to own accounts and drive outcomes (not just support) Confident communication in English
➕ Nice to have: Cybersecurity / MSP / SaaS background Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients
