We at Sigma Software are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our long-term SaaS Security project for the MSP/MSSP market.

This is a remote position with a distributed Ukrainian engineering team. You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, driving feature development, and enhancing user experience for a live Microsoft 365-centric security solution. Our team has been collaborating with the customer for almost 6 years, delivering innovative cloud-native products that help Managed Service Providers improve efficiency and security for SMB clients. Customer ConnectWise is a US-based software company specializing in solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs). Their platform offers tools for IT management, cybersecurity, remote monitoring, and business automation, serving thousands of MSPs worldwide. Known for its strong community-driven ecosystem and integrations with leading IT tools, ConnectWise is a recognized leader in the MSP space.

Project The project is focused on building Microsoft 365-centric SaaS Security and CASB software for MSP/MSSP markets. It enables providers to assess and manage IT security for SMB customers, configure and protect SaaS applications and cloud-hosted data, and deliver ongoing security support with periodic reviews.

Job Description Document and prioritize feature requirements for the product team Engage with subscribers to understand their challenges and guide them in using the product effectively Define solution assets related to security configurations and workflows Collaborate with other PMs to write epics, features, user stories, and defects, and advocate for them in the backlog Prioritize usability improvements, bug fixes, and new feature development to boost adoption Coordinate backlog across multiple engineering teams to maximize market impact Participate in Agile ceremonies, refine user stories, and document acceptance criteria Create end-user documentation, marketing content, and go-to-market materials Implement in-product engagement experiences such as tours, feature highlights, and learning aids Drive customer success initiatives with training, engagement tools, and feedback loops Work with design teams to enhance user experience and engagement tracking

Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in software product management, including gathering and documenting requirements, managing product backlog, and working with Agile methodologies Experience in writing clear and user-friendly help documentation for end users Hands-on experience with in-product user engagement tools such as Intercom, Pendo, or similar Understanding of the MSP/MSSP market and its role in administering cloud application environments, including security management Practical experience in the IT security and compliance domain, preferably with cloud security product management, product support, or implementation support

Nice to have: Technical knowledge in security, cloud software development, and PowerShell will be an advantage

Personal profile: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders, discover requirements, and translate them into actionable tasks for engineering teams Excellent organizational and leadership skills for working with distributed teams across time zones
