Responsibilities Develop and implement new features for existing web applications Maintain and improve current solutions Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs efficiently Collaborate with the team to deliver stable and scalable functionality Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices Requirements 1–2+ years of commercial experience in web development Experience with PHP and solid knowledge of Laravel framework Experience working with AI agents - Claude code | Cursor | windserf | Codex GPT | Antigravity Familiarity with Docker or basic DevOps practices Project estimation skills Understanding of OOP principles and common design patterns Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) Experience with Git and version control workflows Intermediate (B1–B2) English or higher Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn Nice to Have Basic experience with Python or Node.js Understanding of REST APIs and web services Basic frontend knowledge AWS, Digital Ocean We Offer Office-based or hybrid work format (Kyiv, near Vasylkivska metro station with shelter, Starlink and uninterrupted power supply) Free gym access near the office Paid vacation and sick leave Compensation for professional courses and development Supportive and loyal management
