Backend Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to design and build scalable server-side applications. You will be responsible for developing APIs, managing databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our applications.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs Build scalable and secure server-side applications Work with databases to design efficient data models Integrate third-party services and APIs Optimize applications for speed and scalability Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement processes Requirements 3+ years of experience in backend development Strong knowledge of Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP Experience building RESTful APIs or GraphQL APIs Proficiency with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB Experience with Git and version control workflows Knowledge of authentication, security, and API design Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Nice to Have Experience with microservices architecture Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes Experience with CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, or message queues Benefits Competitive salary Flexible working hours Remote work options Professional development opportunities Collaborative international team
