About Us We are a fast-growing and leading company in the AI Voice space for the iGaming industry. We help online gaming operators replace inefficient manual call centers with scalable AI-driven voice solutions that directly impact player retention, reactivation, and revenue. Our product is already used by 20+ brands across 8+ GEOs, and we are aggressively scaling our commercial operations.

Position Summary This role is responsible for driving revenue growth from both new and existing clients for an AI-first voice product. You will own the full sales cycle, from the first intro call and closing new deals to expanding existing accounts. You will work directly with the CEO to build a scalable revenue engine and turn early traction into predictable growth.

Key Responsibilities New Business (Sales) Own sales cycle: discovery → proposal → negotiation → closing Run discovery calls, qualify leads Create proposals and close deals Track deal progress and update CRM regularly. Coordinate internal team inputs for sales materials (e.g., case studies, pricing).

Account Management (Expansion & Retention) Own revenue growth from existing clients Identify expansion opportunities: more use cases (support, sales, onboarding) more volume (calls, markets, languages) deeper integrations Build strong relationships with decision-makers Drive adoption and ensure clients see measurable ROI Turn clients into long-term revenue streams

Revenue Strategy & GTM Work with CEO to refine ICP, offer, and positioning Test and iterate sales & AM approaches Provide feedback loop from market → product → messaging

Targets & KPIs New revenue closed Expansion revenue (upsell, usage growth) Total revenue per account Sales cycle length Conversion rate (lead → close) Average deal size Retention / churn Time-to-value for clients

Requirements 4+ years in B2B sales (SaaS / AI / tech solutions preferred) Proven track record of closing deals in complex sales cycles Experience with solution selling (not just transactional sales) Strong ability to understand business problems and map them to tech solutions Comfortable selling innovation / early-stage products Experience working directly with founders

Nice to Have Experience in AI / voice / automation / contact center tech Background in selling to igaming operators Familiarity using AI in your day-to-day activities Understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROI selling)
