Head of Product / Product Owner (Live Casino)

Our partners are looking for a visionary Head of Live Games / Product Owner to spearhead the development and scaling of their Live Casino vertical. You will own the entire lifecycle of Live products — from the physical studio setup and broadcast quality to the digital player interface and global commercial success.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands that a great Live game is a perfect symphony of high-end streaming, flawless game logic, and impeccable studio operations.
Key Responsibilities: Studio & Product Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for Live games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and Game Shows); End-to-End Studio Oversight: Manage the physical studio setup, including camera angles, lighting, table equipment, and streaming hardware (encoders/latency optimization); Product Excellence: Own the UI/UX for desktop and mobile, ensuring a seamless betting experience and high-quality video delivery; Operational Standards: Establish and monitor game procedures (shuffling, dealing, integrity) and studio KPIs (uptime, error rates, dealer performance); Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the bridge between technical developers, studio managers, and the marketing team; Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies, managing relationships with operators and key partners to drive GGR growth; Compliance & Integrity: Ensure all games meet regulatory requirements (GLI, local jurisdictions) and maintain absolute data integrity.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Head of Product specifically in the Live Casino sector; Deep Domain Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of Live Casino mechanics, hardware (OCR systems, GCU), and streaming technologies; Hands-on Studio Experience: You know exactly what’s needed to build a studio from the ground up — from green screens to physical tables; Business Acumen: Ability to connect product features with revenue growth, player LTV, and operator needs; Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing game performance data to identify growth levers and operational inefficiencies; Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of negotiating with operators and managing B2B partnerships; English: Fluency is required for global partner communication.
Technical & Operational Context: Streaming: Low-latency protocols, video quality standards; Hardware: Table sensors, Shuffling machines, Professional broadcast equipment; Software: Betting engines, UI/UX for Live environments, Integration APIs.
