QA Lead (Mobile, Automation, Security Product)

LITSLINK is looking for a QA Lead to join a long-term project focused on building a -first secure mobile messenger. This is a hands-on role where you will own QA processes and drive automation for a product with a strong focus on security, end-to-end encryption, and real-time communication.

Format Remote Part-time (≈20h/week) Long-term

Responsibilities Own QA processes and test strategy Define test coverage and release quality standards Build and maintain automation (mobile + API) Integrate tests into CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar) Validate critical flows: messaging, calls, multi-device sync Perform basic security validation (no plaintext data exposure) Collaborate closely with engineers and PM

Requirements 4+ years in QA (mobile focus) Strong experience with automation (Appium / Selenium / Cypress / Playwright) Experience with CI/CD pipelines Experience testing mobile apps (iOS & Android) Solid understanding of API testing Experience with network tools (Charles / proxies) Strong ownership and analytical thinking Upper-Intermediate+ English

Nice to have Experience with real-time apps (chat / calls / WebRTC) Understanding of security / encryption basics Experience with performance testing
