IT Sourcer
Description
We are looking for a strong IT Sourcer who knows how to find candidates — not wait for applications.
Responsibilities: Daily active cold sourcing (LinkedIn, niche groups, databases) Work with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite Fast initial candidate screening Use AI tools to validate candidate-job fit Submit only relevant and qualified candidates
Requirements (mandatory): Proven experience in IT sourcing / IT recruitment Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills (Boolean search is a must) Ability to find relevant candidates, not just send mass invites Experience using AI tools in recruitment Conversational English (required — no exceptions) High level of independence and speed
Important: We do not train from scratch. We need someone who can deliver results immediately.
Conditions: Fixed salary: $500 Bonus: $50 per closed position LinkedIn Recruiter Lite provided Fully remote
