DMT Business Development is a leading B2B lead generation and appointment setting agency. We create tailored & effective strategies for clients based on their needs and goals. Our team generated over 2m leads for hundreds of clients and booked 10k+ appointments with businesses of any scope.

Currently we have an open vacancy for Cold Caller.

You’re our ideal applicant if: Experience working in an equivalent position (preferably); Excellent communication skills; Advanced spoken English (C1 level); Good understanding of how to work with clients; Experience working with native English speakers.

Responsibilities: Making cold phone calls to prospective clients following the script; Scheduling appointments through Gmail & Google Calendar for our clients; Meeting daily goals and KPI; Generate a report summing up our progress for a week.

More details: We expect at least 60 call attempts per day. However, we’d expect to see more on average. Ideal average goal/expectation — 80 attempts per day with potential spikes up to 100−120 in case 90% of calls that day are auto-responders/general lines with no directories/invalid numbers, etc; We have 3 call attempts per each individual as per our process. Of course, they’re taken off the sequence in case there was some communication/we scheduled appt/we got rejected/there is a need for a call back; Phone numbers could be not direct/cell phones and office/general line/gatekeepers instead; The script is to be provided by DMT Business Development. Calls will be recorded and might be a subject for a review.
