Junior Project Coordinator

Viso is an outsourcing company that has been on the market for 3 years. Our team has grown to about 50 people, and once again we are looking for new colleagues to join us.

💼 What you’ll do: Support client communication: help maintain updates and ensure clear information sharing Assist in tracking tasks, deadlines, and team workload Help the team stay organized and unblock simple issues Support administrative processes (time tracking, team availability, etc.) Participate in team meetings and help with notes, follow-ups, and coordination

Who we’re looking for: 🧠 Hard Skills Basic understanding of SDLC Any experience in project support, coordination, or PM internships is a plus Curiosity about technologies like React, Node.js, or Python - you don’t need to code, but understanding what developers do helps a lot Familiarity with Agile/Scrum basics or willingness to learn Comfort with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp) - or eagerness to get hands-on quickly English B1–B2 (written and spoken) - for smooth communication with clients and team

🌟 Soft Skills Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Responsibility and attention to detail Proactive mindset and willingness to learn Ability to stay organized and manage simple tasks Interest in growing into a Project Manager role Strong desire to learn, develop, and grow with the company
