QA Engineer

Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We are looking for a QA Engineer who will help ensure product quality through systematic testing, attention to detail, and close collaboration with the development team. If it matters to you that a product works smoothly and predictably - we’d love to get to know you.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Testing software products (web interfaces, APIs)
• Perform testing for new brand setups
• Working with log files to analyze and identify issues.
• Creating and maintaining testing artifacts: bug reports, checklists, and test cases.
• Participating in task XXXX XXXX estimation within Scrum/Agile processes.

It’s a match if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in functional testing.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications.
• Experience with API testing.
• Hands-on experience working with logs (Graylog, Splunk, Kibana, or similar tools).
• Proficiency with tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation (test plans, checklists, test cases).
• Ability to write clear and well-structured bug reports.
• Solid understanding of QA processes and SDLC.
