Head of Buying (Nutra / Facebook / Google Ads)

Responsibilities: Launching and scaling advertising campaigns in the Nutra vertical (Facebook / Google Ads) Developing, testing, and optimizing ad funnels (creatives, offers, funnels) Managing a team of media buyers (hiring, training, performance monitoring) Tracking and optimizing key metrics: ROI, CPA, CPL, LTV Managing advertising budgets and ensuring efficient allocation Building and optimizing internal processes (reporting, KPIs, workflow) Identifying new hypotheses and growth opportunities for scaling

Requirements: Strong hands-on experience in traffic arbitrage Experience working with Nutra and traffic sources such as Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads At least 2 years of team management experience Proven track record of managing budgets starting from $50,000+/month Solid understanding of unit economics (ROI, LTV, CAC) Experience building teams and processes from scratch Self-driven, structured thinking, and results-oriented mindset Candidates without relevant experience in the specified traffic sources and vertical will not be considered.

Conditions: Remote work format Full-time position Competitive compensation:Fixed salary: €4,000
