Head of Retention (iGaming)
Description
Eldorado is a fast-growing iGaming product focused on player engagement, retention, and long-term value in international markets. We are looking for a Head of Retention to build and lead retention strategy, increase LTV, and optimize the full player lifecycle. Responsibilities: Build and execute retention & CRM strategy (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp) Develop player segmentation and lifecycle campaigns Increase LTV, retention rate, and player engagement Manage VIP programs and loyalty mechanics Work closely with product, analytics, and marketing teams Optimize bonus systems, promotions, and player journeys Lead and grow retention / CRM team Requirements: 5+ years in iGaming retention / CRM Proven experience working with LATAM markets is a must Strong understanding of player behavior and lifecycle management Hands-on experience with CRM tools and automation Experience with VIP сегментом и high-value players Analytical mindset (A/B testing, cohorts, LTV) English — Upper-Intermediate+
