Head of Marketing (iGaming)
Description
Eldorado is a fast-growing iGaming product focused on international markets, with a strong focus on LATAM. We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing strategy, drive acquisition, and scale performance across key channels. Responsibilities: Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategy (acquisition, brand, performance) Lead and scale marketing team (media buying, affiliates, CRM, content) Manage and optimize paid traffic channels (FB, Google, TikTok, programmatic) Drive affiliate program growth and partnerships Work closely with product, analytics, and retention teams Own marketing budgets, CAC, ROI, and performance metrics Identify new growth opportunities in LATAM and other regions Requirements: 5+ years in iGaming marketing Proven experience in LATAM markets is a must Strong expertise in performance marketing & user acquisition Experience managing large budgets and scaling campaigns Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams English — Upper-Intermediate+
