PR Manager

About the Role This is not a traditional PR role. We are looking for someone who understands how attention works in modern media — and knows how to build it from scratch. The role sits at the intersection of PR, content distribution, and growth thinking. You will be responsible for visibility of the company and founders across media, social platforms, and communities.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Positioning Build a PR strategy from scratch: positioning, messaging, key communication angles Define and develop Tone of Voice for the company and founders' personal brands Generate strong news angles and narratives that attract media attention and spark discussion

Media & Outreach Organize founder participation in podcasts, interviews, and media placements — from outreach to negotiations Build relationships with media, podcast hosts, and content creators in the business and AI space Prepare press releases, announcements, and communication materials for external distribution

Distribution & Growth Distribute content across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, Telegram, and other platforms Work with communities and discussions to amplify reach and engagement Launch and manage partnerships and collaborations that grow visibility and audience Continuously test new PR formats, approaches, and ideas — measure what works

Requirements 3–5+ years of experience in PR, media, content, or growth-related roles Experience working with English-speaking markets — required Strong understanding of how modern social media platforms work Ability to think in terms of attention, distribution, and audience behavior Experience with media outreach, podcasts, or partnerships English C1 or higher — content creation, pitching, communication with native speakers

Nice to Have Existing network in business, tech, or AI media Experience working with founders or personal brands Understanding of viral mechanics and content performance Background in startups or fast-paced environments
