Drone Assembly/Prototyping

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer who will focus on the assembly, prototyping, and integration of drone systems. In this role, you will work closely with the R&D team to build, test, and improve UAV platforms and related hardware solutions. This position combines hands-on engineering work, electronics assembly, and mechanical integration of drone systems used in demanding environments. What you will do: Assemble and integrate drone (UAV) platforms and onboard electronic systems, including small-scale production batches (50–100 units) before transfer to mass production Perform soldering and installation of SMD components and electronic modules Build and test prototype devices and experimental systems Participate in the development and debugging of PCB-based hardware solutions Work with drone mechanics, structural components, and system integration Support the R&D team in building and testing new drone and glider prototypes Assist with preparing hardware for testing and field deployment What we are looking for: Practical experience in electronics assembly, soldering, or hardware prototyping Experience working with PCB boards and electronic components Understanding of basic electronics and hardware systems Experience assembling mechanical and electronic systems Attention to detail and ability to work with small electronic components Ability to work hands-on with tools, lab equipment, and hardware Nice to have: Experience with UAVs / drones or radio equipment Experience assembling custom PCB boards Experience with 3D modeling tools Experience working with prototyping equipment or small-scale production What we offer: Work on innovative UAV and drone technologies Participation in R&D projects developing new aerial systems Official employment Possibility of military reservation (with applicable documents) A team environment where initiative and technical curiosity are encourage
