Junior Business Analyst (Entry Level)

At DICEUS, we are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst (Entry Level) to join our team and start building a career in software delivery and product development. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with enterprise-level solutions in the insurance domain, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and learn Agile practices, requirement analysis, and documentation preparation. You will work closely with experienced Business Analysts and development teams to understand how real digital products are designed and delivered. What You’ll Be Learning Fundamentals of business analysis How to collect, document, and analyze business and technical requirements Preparing documentation: user stories, specifications, requirements, presentations Working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello Participation in project meetings: daily stand-ups, planning, demos Understanding and applying SDLC in practice Communication with clients and internal stakeholders What We Expect From You Basic understanding of software development processes Strong analytical and communication skills Interest in business analysis, IT consulting, and working with requirements Responsibility, attention to detail, willingness to learn and grow English level — at least Intermediate for communication and documentation What We Offer Hands-on business analysis experience on real IT projects Opportunity to work with enterprise-level products in the insurance industry Supportive and professional environment with a strong learning culture Career growth opportunities within the Business Analysis track
