Junior Project Manager

About the Company

We are an outsourcing company developing complex 3D/AR/VR web and mobile solutions for international clients. We work with global brands and startups, creating technologically advanced and unique digital products.

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager whom we are ready to train and grow within the company.

Who This Role Is For This position is suitable for someone who: Has a strong command of English (close to C1 level). Wants to build a career in IT project management. Is ready to learn quickly and take responsibility. Is interested in growing toward client communication and, in the future, sales.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication Support Participate in client meetings. Prepare meeting summaries and follow-up messages. Conduct online meetings in English. Maintain professional written communication in English.

Project Coordination Manage tasks in Jira. Monitor deadlines and task progress. Prepare sprints and maintain backlogs.

Requirements Structuring Translate client requests into structured tasks. Prepare user stories with acceptance criteria for the team. Maintain project documentation.

Internal Process Support Participate in daily meetings and sprint reviews. Prepare status updates for clients. Update project roadmaps.

Mandatory Requirement English level C1 or strong B2+ with high spoken fluency.

Nice to Have Understanding of Agile/Scrum. Technical background or strong interest in technology. Experience communicating with international clients. Experience working with Jira or similar tools. Analytical mindset.
