Team Lead Media Buying (Crypto)

We are looking for a strong and experienced Team Lead Media Buying (Crypto) to join our growing team. Our goal is to build a high-performing crypto vertical team with a systematic approach to testing, scaling, and working with high-quality traffic. We need a leader who can recruit, train, and drive a team of media buyers to strong results — while personally understanding the mechanics of launching and scaling campaigns. Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead Media Buyer (Crypto). Proven experience in developing media buyers from junior to strong middle/senior level. Hands-on experience in launching and scaling campaigns personally. Deep understanding of testing strategies, scaling mechanics, and achieving stable profitability. Strong understanding of traffic quality, multi-GEO operations, and building sustainable long-term strategies. Proven experience working with top GEOs (Tier 1–3) and scaling them successfully. Experience with crypto products (exchanges, crypto apps, trading platforms, investment funnels, etc.). Responsibilities Personal campaign launches and demonstrating results in practice — priority #1. Independently launching, testing, and scaling crypto campaigns. Hands-on work: finding winning setups, driving them to stable profit, and scaling. Developing and refining testing strategies and hypotheses. Building a systematic testing framework with fast elimination of unprofitable hypotheses. Scaling successful tests to stable volume. Optimization, ROI retention, and working with LTV and traffic quality. Monitoring and controlling key metrics: ROI, LTV, CR, CPA, traffic quality. Building and managing the media buying team. Recruiting, onboarding, and developing media buyers within the working model. Mentoring junior and middle buyers to become independently profitable. Market, trend, and GEO research and analysis.
