Senior Architect and DevOps Platform Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Architect with a strong DevOps and Platform Engineering orientation to join the core team of a mission-critical, high-scale platform with significant business impact. This role combines broad architectural responsibility with deep hands-on work across infrastructure, cloud, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, and includes technical leadership of complex, end-to-end solutions. The role is ideal for a technology leader with strong system-level thinking, the ability to design modern architectures, and proven execution and implementation skills in demanding production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain on-prem and cloud infrastructure architecture.
• Lead microservices architecture and cloud-native development practices.
• Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters at scale.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• Own monitoring, logging, alerting, and overall observability.
• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, stability, and resilience.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across networking, Kubernetes, cloud, and application layers.
• Collaborate closely with development, SRE, and operations teams to identify bottlenecks and improve software delivery processes.
• Implement best practices in security, access control, and compliance.
• Contribute to technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and team guidance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development and/or infrastructure roles, with at least 5 years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or architectural positions.
• Strong hands-on experience in production environments.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
• Deep experience with cloud platforms, including design, build, deployment, and ongoing operations. Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines and working with Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Experience working on mission-critical systems, such as fintech, payments, gaming, or banking platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve complex problems, and take end-to-end ownership.
• High-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive mindset, independence, and fast learning ability. Nice to Have
• Experience leading complex infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations.
• Experience deg and implementing disaster recovery and high availability solutions.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and scaling.
• Experience with data platforms, streaming technologies, and SQL/NoSQL systems.
• Familiarity with AI and ML solutions at the infrastructure and platform level.
