Marketing Experimentation Specialist / Lead Gen Analyst We’re searching for a Marketing Experimentation Specialist — someone who enjoys digging into data, testing assumptions, and learning what really works. This role is ideal for a marketer who prefers thinking and testing over routine execution. For a perfect match, we expect 🎯 2–3 years of experience in marketing, analytics, or lead generation Strong analytical mindset and curiosity Experience working with hypotheses, tests, or experiments Ability to independently research, test, and draw conclusions Understanding of B2B marketing or client acquisition basics Comfortable working with incomplete data and iterating English level: Intermediate+ Outreach tools (Email / LinkedIn) are optional — we’ll teach tools, but we can’t teach curiosity and critical thinking.
Nice to have 💎 Experience with A/B testing or funnel analysis Familiarity with marketing metrics and KPIs Experience working with Sales or client-facing teams Interest in automation and marketing tooling Background in IT, SaaS, or outsourcing is a plus
Duties & Responsibilities 💼 Deg and running marketing experiments Testing different niches, ICPs, and acquisition approaches Analyzing campaign results and identifying patterns Supporting Sales team with insights and validated ideas Improving existing lead generation workflows Suggesting new tools, approaches, and optimizations
