Join Söderberg & Partners Heartpace AB, a Swedish product company, and become a key link between business needs and technical execution. We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst with a solid software or systems background to help shape scalable digital solutions for the European market.

What you'll do: Translate business and functional requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications. Work closely with developers and architects to analyze and model data flows, APIs, and system integrations. Write structured documentation: user stories, technical requirements, sequence diagrams, and data mappings. Participate in sprint planning, QA handovers, and product releases to ensure smooth execution. Support solution design and decision-making with deep understanding of platform architecture.
What we're looking for: Experience: 6+ years in a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role, preferably in a SaaS or product company. Technical background: prior experience as a developer, QA, systems analyst, or engineer. Knowledge: understanding of APIs, databases, client-server architecture, HTTP, JSON, REST/GraphQL. Tools: proficiency in Jira, Notion, Swagger/Postman, and diagramming tools like Miro or Lucidchart. Process: experience working in Agile teams with SDLC knowledge. English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate+ level required for team communication and documentation. Language Bonus:Swedish: Swedish proficiency is a strong bonus - especially if you're a native speaker or at a good conversational/professional level. Ukrainian/Russian: Knowledge of Ukrainian/Russian is a plus, as it may support smoother communication with part of the team.
Nice to have: Exposure to Laravel, React.js, or similar tech stacks. Experience writing technical documentation for engineers and QA teams. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (AWS), or containerized environments.
