Greetings from Smart Work IT Services, Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant with strong Business Analyst expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management modules and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support implementation. This role is primarily remote; however, travel to the client location in Minnesota may be required during the initial analysis phase. Job Title: Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant (Business Analyst) Location: Remote (Travel to Minnesota required for initial phase) Job Type: Contract Key Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements Translate business requirements into functional specifications Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations Support testing (SIT/UAT), training, and go-live activities Provide post-implementation support as needed Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Strong Business Analyst experience in SCM implementations Hands-on experience with modules such as: Inventory Procurement Order Management Supply Planning (preferred) Manufacturing (plus) Experience leading workshops and stakeholder discussions Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to travel to Minnesota for initial project phase Preferred Qualifications Previous full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementation experience Experience working in cross-functional teams Consulting background preferred
