I’m starting from zero with Oracle Primavera P6 and want a clear, structured learning path that builds confidence quickly. The training must blend live, interactive sessions with pre-recorded video material I can replay between meetings.

The core areas I need to master are project scheduling, resource management, and risk analysis. Please guide me through setting up a project from scratch, building and baselining a schedule, asg and leveling resources, and running a basic risk model—explaining best-practice workflows, shortcuts, and common pitfalls as we go.
