Total EXP: 15+ Years above Must have: Min 12+ total years as Agile coach experience Medicaid exp must Certifications Must Certifications should include the following: SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) or equivalent Job Description The Worker will be a part of the team and responsible for creating and implementing an agile development program to train, educate, and support the Medicaid CHIP IT Contracts Oversight team on agile principles, methodologies, and specifically the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Worker will also assist with the efforts to transform other application teams to a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) approach that fall under the Medicaid CHIP Systems portfolio. The Worker will assist in creating a consistent understanding of the Agile principles and methodologies that the HHS Organization represents. The Worker will oversee the development and delivery of the training curriculum and ensure effective outcomes for the team are achieved and documented. The Worker will be responsible to create the implementation processes to continue to support the Agile transformation of the team to support the Modernization requirements associated with Application, Maintenance and Development contract.
