We just had the attached person resign this morning. Her last day is Friday. It is VERY important since this person is working remotely, that they are working on the project all the time and takes calls from the team and attends every meeting. Solventum has a lot of deadlines right now and the person has to be 100% engaged. There is no way someone can work 2 projects at the same time (Solventum and some other client) or have personal distractions. If the person will work onsite in Minneapolis, that would be best. Needs Pharma experience. 10 years SAP is the sweet spot. Solid comm skills and confident. Must have solid experience with working with end users, gathering own requirements. (end user training and testing with end users) We need an immediate backfill. We had a person doing their final interview today with the hiring Director in Germany and he backed out last minute. This is primarily a Functional EWM position working with the DC s and plants. Please provide a write-up. How the consultant would approach this scenario: if the consultant had to start shortly before the last integration cycle and would be in charge to prepare EWM testing, training and organising operational site readiness for one or more plants or DCs implementing EWM. What are the steps, considerations in this scenario
Overview: I pasted a general JD below, but please note that the Solventum Manager for these has a variety of roles open on his team. Broadly, he is looking for TM, EWM, 3PL integrations, DCs, plant/supply chain expertise at varying levels... some folks may fit for multiple roles across multiple locations while others may be a clear fit for just one. For example someone with 15 years experience in EWM and 2 years in TM will probably fit the EWM-heavy role only vs a role that requires expertise in both. (Recruiter information: SAP offers comprehensive solutions for enterprise logistics management, focusing on distribution centers (DCs) and transportation management (TM), primarily through its SAP S/4HANA suite. SAP's Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM) modules are designed to provide seamless, end-to-end logistics operations) SAP Logistics/TM/DC Consultant: Relocation to Minnesota Interviewing with Process Lead This role is serving Solventum's SAP S/4 HANA implementation globally. His team is closely focused on all thing's logistics, 3PL, subcontracting, TM, and EWM related . There is a desired testing and training component, but he is also interested in configuration experience, and ability to integrate multiple systems with another, and overall strong functional expertise in supply chain, manufacturing, and transportation/logistics. Mgr has a variety of roles open, and the description below is a broad overview of what he is looking for. For example, if you listed Logistics, DC's, and TM on the resume, be prepared to expand on that when you speak with him. I would also prepare to answer many process-related questions , as he will want to understand your process and scenario-based responses more than technical questions.
