T+S No h1b Hybrid Need Linkedin and DL Responsibilities: As a Senior Oracle EPM EPBCS Techno-Functional Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, with a strong focus on EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service). This role requires a blend of functional expertise in financial planning and technical proficiency in Oracle EPM tools. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations, especially EPBCS modules (Workforce, CapEx, Projects, Strategic Modeling).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Design and configure EPM applications including EPBCS, EDMCS, ARCS, FCCS, and Narrative Reporting.
• Develop and maintain EPM artifacts such as forms, dashboards, business rules, and calculation scripts.
• Perform data integrations using Data Management tools, REST APIs, and other ETL mechanisms.
• Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide post-go-live support.
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and client presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM (Cloud and/or Hyperion).
• 2+ full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes and systems.
• Proficiency in EPBCS modules and related configuration.
• Experience with scripting (Groovy, Calculation Manager), integrations, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
