Job Title: ServiceNow Product Owner (IRM) Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid) Duration: 12 months plus Role Overview We are looking for a ServiceNow Product Owner with strong experience in IRM (Integrated Risk Management) to lead backlog management and drive delivery for risk and compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the ServiceNow IRM product backlog Gather and translate risk, compliance, and audit requirements into user stories Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, etc.) Validate solutions and ensure alignment with IRM processes Drive UAT, releases, and continuous improvements Required Skills 10+ years of IT experience 2+ years of ServiceNow experience (IRM/GRC preferred) Strong experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst Hands-on with Agile/Scrum methodologies Good understanding of risk, compliance, and audit processes Experience in backlog management, user stories, and UAT Nice to Have Exposure to Financial Services domain Experience working with ServiceNow architects/developers
