• IAM / IDAM 2.0** Location: UK/Hybrid Contract: 12 months Division: CISO / Identity & Access Management

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a major IDAM 2.0 programme within a large-scale cyber security and identity environment.

This role sits in the CISO division and will focus on shaping, documenting and delivering business analysis work across a complex Identity and Access Management landscape. You’ll work across business and IT teams, helping define scope, gather requirements, support migration and process design, and make sure business roles within the IGA platform are fit for purpose.

This is a strong fit for a BA who has worked in IAM / IGA / access management environments and can operate across both business and technical stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

• Support scope definition across the IDAM 2.0 programme
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into structured work products and technical specifications
• Define acceptance criteria and support test strategy / traceability
• Analyse target operating model, migration approach and business change impact
• Help design, implement and maintain business roles in the IGA platform
• Work closely with business, IT and compliance stakeholders on role definitions and access requirements
• Review access patterns and recommend role changes to improve control and efficiency
• Support data analysis, migration and data cleansing activity
• Contribute to implementation strategy, operational readiness and project delivery
• Update SOPs, training material and project documentation

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst
• Strong experience in Identity and Access Management
• Good understanding of:
• Access provisioning / deprovisioning
• RBAC
• Joiner / Mover / Leaver processes
• ServiceNow integrations
• Access control models and policies
• SAML / OAuth
• Experience onboarding applications into an IAM tool
• Strong process design and implementation experience
• Confident gathering and challenging requirements with senior stakeholders
• Strong documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Good understanding of data analysis, data quality and governance
• Strong MS Office skills, plus Tableau / Power BI
• Professional level English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IAM regulations and standards
• Mainframe / RACF understanding
• Experience with LAM for Mainframe applications
• Knowledge of security sub-system data models
• BA certifications such as CBAP, ECBA or CCBA
• Process mapping tools such as Adonis or Visio
