Software Engineer (Atlassian)

Job Title: IT Consultant (Software Engineer Atlassian) Location: Holyoke, MA (Hybrid Role) Contract Length: 09 months (possibility of extension) Important Note: Need a candidate who can work on W2 and is local to Holyoke, MA. Responsibilities : Act as a point of contact for Atlassian products, addressing inquiries, issues, and requirements. Provide resolution to customer-reported problems and incidents. Participate insmall scale development projects; design, develop, test, and implement Atlassian solutions. Monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Integrate and manage connected applications within the Atlassian ecosystem. Troubleshoot integration issues. Maintain documentation and provide training to users. Requirements : 3 5 years of experience in software development. Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Groovy, or Pythonprogramming and development. Experience with Unix, shell scripting, and databases (Oracle, Postgres, SQL). Experience in upgrades, patching, CVE evaluation, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with GIT, Jenkins, and CI/CD. Strong communication skills and proactive mindset. Bachelor s degree in relevant field. Preferred : Experience with Atlassian Data Center and Cloud.
