(Ellucian Banner) Senior Developer

100% Remote Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Developer with deep expertise in the Ellucian Banner ERP system to support a critical initiative for a Texas State Educational Department. The primary focus of this role is a specialized data migration and conversion project within the Student and Registrar modules. Key Responsibilities Execute the technical conversion of course conventions from a 4x3 format (e.g., MATH 221) to a 4x4 format (e.g., MATH 2221). Utilize extensive knowledge of Ellucian Banner architecture to ensure data integrity during the migration process. Collaborate with the Registrar s office to align system configurations with institutional requirements. Develop and optimize scripts/processes for large-scale data transformation within the Banner environment. Required Qualifications 13+ years of overall experience in Information Technology. Proven hands-on experience specifically with the Ellucian Banner product. In-depth functional and technical knowledge of Banner Student and Registrar modules. Direct experience in implementing course code conversions or migrations within the Ellucian ecosystem.
