Scrum Master (12+ years)

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies while driving Agile maturity across multiple teams or large programs. Act as a servant leader and Agile coach, mentoring senior team members and stakeholders on best practices. Drive enterprise-level Agile transformations and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Proactively identify, escalate, and remove complex impediments impacting delivery timelines. Collaborate closely with Product Owners and leadership to manage roadmap, backlog strategy, and prioritization. Monitor team performance using metrics (velocity, burn-down, KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to SDLC, governance, and compliance standards across projects. Facilitate cross-team coordination in scaled Agile environments (SAFe or similar frameworks). Utilize tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking, reporting, and maintaining project transparency. Partner with stakeholders, engineering leaders, and business teams to mitigate risks and ensure successful delivery.
