Role Overview The role involves maintenance, modernization, and integration with new technologies across platforms, along with automation of existing processes. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain applications using Natural & ADABAS Handle batch (JCL/SCL) and online processing Work on large-scale system enhancements and integrations Provide architecture-level guidance Support automation and modernization initiatives Required Skills 10+ years of experience in: Natural programming ADABAS database Experience with: Batch processing (JCL/SCL) Online systems 2+ years: Large-scale Linux system development 4+ years: Child support system experience 3+ years: System architecture expertise Documentation & process improvement End-user training Preferred Skills Agile / Scrum methodology Jira experience Strong communication & presentation skills Ability to handle multiple projects Experience in modernizing legacy systems
