Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead Location: Irvine, CA JD: ServiceNow Technical Lead ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM, ITSM "o Service Catalogs development with Standard and Multi row variable sets o Flow Designer (Flows, sub flows and decision tables) - Moderate to Complex workflows o Development experience in Multi-page record producers/catalog forms o Employee Center - Advanced to Expert level experience in portal development o Moderate to Advanced level Scripting knowledge for all other development activities. o Hands on implementation experience of discovery, analysis of discovery logs for errors. o Support CMDB health checks, audits, and data cleanup activities. o Perform daily administration and monitoring of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB processes. o Review and analyze Discovery logs, probes, and sensors to identify and resolve errors. o Practical knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, SSH, WMI, etc.). o Good understanding of infrastructure components (servers, databases, storage, network devices, cloud instances etc.)."
