Locals are very preferred Need LinkedIn, Visa and DL We are seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Developer with strong AI/automation and integration experience to build intelligent, scalable HR service solutions. This role combines hands-on ServiceNow development with agentic AI, workflow orchestration, and enterprise integrations to improve employee experience and HR operational efficiency. What You ll Do Design and build AI-assisted and agentic workflows for HR service use cases (case routing, guided resolution, summarization, knowledge recommendations). Develop and configure ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) including HR Case Management, COEs, Employee Center, Knowledge, and Workspaces. Build complex automations using Flow Designer, reusable subflows, and approvals. Design and support enterprise integrations between ServiceNow and HR systems (e.g., HRIS, IAM, document/eSignature platforms) using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and Transform Maps. Develop scoped applications using App Engine Studio, including scripting, data models, and security controls. Partner with HR, platform, and integration teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions. Required Qualifications 3 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Experience with HRSD, Flow Designer, App Engine, and ServiceNow scripting. Strong integration experience (REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps). Experience working with sensitive HR data and applying security best practices. Experience working with ServiceNow Now Assist and Agents Preferred Skills Experience with AI-driven or AI-assisted workflows in ServiceNow (Virtual Agent, intelligent routing, summarization, recommendations).
