Platform Engineer (IAM)

Role Overview We are hiring a Senior Platform Engineer (IAM) to build and scale enterprise Identity & Access Management platforms. This role requires end-to-end ownership across infrastructure, backend development, and CI/CD in a highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Design and implement IAM solutions (SSO, MFA, access control) Build infrastructure using Terraform (Enterprise setup) Develop CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Spinnaker, or Argo CD) Contribute to backend services ( Java / Go / Python ) Create architecture designs and technical documentation Troubleshoot production IAM systems Required Skills IAM: ForgeRock / Okta / Ping / Keycloak Protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SCIM Terraform (module architecture level) + AWS CI/CD: Jenkins / Spinnaker / Argo CD Strong coding in Java / Go / Python Experience in enterprise environments with access constraints Preferred (For AI-Focused Role) Experience with OpenAI / Claude / LLMs / RAG / AI agents Kubernetes (EKS) + Argo CD (GitOps)
