IT Delivery Manager

BLYK Engineering is looking for a IT Delivery Manager to lead multiple projects defined by Statements of Work (SOW). This is a highly client-facing role that requires strong delivery management, communication, and stakeholder-handling skills. Frequent travel to client sites in Dallas, TX is required. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple SOW-based IT projects Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders Travel regularly to clients in Dallas, TX for meetings, updates, and relationship management Manage scope, timelines, quality, risks, and project deliverables Coordinate daily work between onshore and offshore teams Oversee test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting Identify and mitigate delivery risks early Ensure best IT practices and standards are followed Work closely with development, product, and business teams Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 12+ years in IT industry, including 3 to 5 years in delivery leadership roles Experience in IT/software services organizations Proven success managing multiple SOW-driven IT projects Experience managing distributed onshore/offshore teams Excellent client-facing and communication skills Ability to travel frequently to clients in Dallas, TX
