Job Title: Customer Service Support Level 2 Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid after training) Email - Client: Rockwell Automation Job Summary: Provide customer service support by handling order processing, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Process and schedule customer orders based on urgency Handle order entry, cancellations, returns, and RMAs Resolve customer queries via phone and email (US & Canada) Coordinate with sales, shipping, and internal teams Assist customers with B2B portals Suggest product alternatives and retain cancellations Maintain and update customer account information Requirements: 1 2 years of customer service experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills High School diploma required Ability to follow procedures and handle routine tasks Additional Info: Shift: Mon Fri, 8 AM 5 PM Hybrid option after training No visa sponsorship
