Role: Workday general finance - AMS. Location: Houston, TX Description Provide AMS (Application Management Support) for Workday Finance modules Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets Handle incident management, service requests, and defect fixes Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions Work on configurations, enhancements, and minor releases Collaborate with business users for requirements and issue resolution Support integrations, reports, and data loads (EIBs) Ensure SLA adherence and ticket resolution timelines Required Skills: Strong experience in Workday Finance (General Ledger focus) Hands-on experience in AMS / production support environment Knowledge of: Financial Accounting Business Process Framework Workday Security Experience with: EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) Workday Studio / Integrations (preferred) Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
